  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 tortilla bowls
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat fish fillets dry.
  2. Mix taco seasoning with 2 tbsp olive oil into a paste and coat fish fillets.
  3. Place coated fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  4. While fish bakes, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl for the slaw.
  5. Once fish is done, flake it into bite-sized pieces and assemble in tortilla bowls with slaw and sour cream.
