Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) croissant dough
  • 6 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese or cheddar, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or honey
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out croissant dough on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick. If using pre-made dough, unroll carefully.
  3. Spread mustard or honey on each triangle of dough, then layer with ham and cheese.
  4. Roll from the wide end to the pointy end, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Whisk together egg and water; brush over each croissant for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
