Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix well. Stir in sour cream.
  3. Gradually add eggs one at a time, beating gently until just combined. Fold in blueberries carefully.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter to create the crumble topping. Sprinkle over the cheesecake filling.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
