Description

Cajun Crab Cake Sliders are a delightful fusion of crispy, flavorful crab cakes seasoned with zesty Cajun spices, all nestled in soft slider buns. Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • Leafy lettuce (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup remoulade sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, green onions, lemon juice, and salt until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties about 2 inches in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pan-fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Slice the mini buns in half and spread remoulade sauce on each side. Layer with leafy lettuce and place the cooked crab cakes on top.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
