- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and green onions.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken with Cajun spices and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
