Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in peppermint extract and salt.
  4. Fold in crushed candy canes until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Optionally, sprinkle more crushed candy canes on top.
  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set. Lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
