  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sour cream and vanilla; mix until fully combined. Stir in brown sugar.
  3. Gently fold in the apple slices and half of the cinnamon.
  4. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set around edges but slightly wobbly in the center. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least four hours before serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce just before slicing.
