- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sour cream and vanilla; mix until fully combined. Stir in brown sugar.
- Gently fold in the apple slices and half of the cinnamon.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set around edges but slightly wobbly in the center. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour.
- Chill in the fridge for at least four hours before serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce just before slicing.
