  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz corn tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (1 cup cheddar, 1 cup Monterey Jack)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
