  • 2 medium Russet potatoes, grated
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the russet potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, cheddar cheese, garlic, chives, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
