  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest.
