  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
