  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 brioche burger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Chop chicken breasts into chunks and pulse in a food processor until finely minced.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and form into four equal patties.
  3. Grill patties for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  4. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover to melt.
  5. Assemble burgers on toasted buns with additional marinara sauce and desired toppings.
