- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until tender (about 5-6 minutes).
- Lay one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, then layer chicken strips and sautéed veggies on top. Add more cheese before folding.
- Grill each side until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Slice into wedges and serve warm with sour cream or guacamole.
