- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chipotle peppers, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt to create the marinade.
