  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: chop vegetables and slice chicken into strips.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
