  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth, then fold in raspberry puree.
