- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in chilled butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms.
- Roll out half the dough into a circle larger than your pie dish; fit it into the dish.
- Toss apple slices with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt. Fill the crust with the mixture.
- Roll out the remaining dough for the top crust; cover or create vent holes.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
