Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp chai spice blend (or to taste)
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add melted white chocolate and mix until well combined.
  4. Add sour cream, chai spice blend, and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  6. Let cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
