- 3 large eggs, room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add melted white chocolate and mix until well combined.
- Add sour cream, chai spice blend, and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
- Let cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
