Ingredients

  • 4 fresh ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. While grilling, mix mascarpone cheese with 2 tbsp of honey in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Remove peaches from the grill and serve warm with a dollop of honeyed mascarpone on top. Drizzle additional honey before serving.
