- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- While grilling, mix mascarpone cheese with 2 tbsp of honey in a bowl until smooth.
- Remove peaches from the grill and serve warm with a dollop of honeyed mascarpone on top. Drizzle additional honey before serving.
