Instructions

- Chop cucumbers and halve cherry tomatoes; slice red onion.
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, vegetables, cranberries, and nuts; toss gently.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth and drizzle over the salad just before serving.
