- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups Gruyère cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sweet potato slices in the baking dish followed by half of the cranberries. Repeat the layers.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers and top with grated cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
