  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cold)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your tart pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar, then cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into the tart pan.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
