- 1/2 cup cinnamon-sugar mixture (1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp ground cinnamon)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and mix until blended. Incorporate eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
- Add ground cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust; bake for 30-35 minutes or until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
- After cooling slightly, sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar while warm; let cool completely before cutting into bars.
