  • 1 sleeve Saltine crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the Saltine crackers in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together until bubbly, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the crackers, spreading it gently with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top; let sit for a few minutes to melt before spreading into an even layer.
  7. Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
