Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon for the filling.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter; sprinkle some cinnamon-sugar filling on top before adding more batter. Swirl lightly with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with glaze.
