- 1 cup green onions, chopped (about 150g)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded (about 150g)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for dairy-free)
Instructions
- Chop cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add shredded cabbage and sauté until wilted and slightly caramelized, about 6-8 minutes.
- Mash the drained cauliflower until smooth using a potato masher or immersion blender. Mix in heavy cream and more butter for added richness.
