  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup canned refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey (seasoned with taco seasoning)
  • 2 green onions (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until about half an inch thick and transfer it to the greased baking sheet.
  3. Spread refried beans evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  4. In a skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey, drain excess fat, and mix in taco seasoning. Spread this mixture on top of the cheese layer.
