- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop the onion, carrots, and celery into small pieces for even cooking.
