  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut the pastry into strips, each about 1 inch wide.
  4. Place small dollops of cranberry sauce and slices of Brie along one edge of each strip.
  5. Fold over the other side of the strip and twist tightly before placing on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush each twist with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
