Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 deep-dish pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (or frozen, thawed)

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries and sugar until coated. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the cranberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling sets with a slight wobble in the center.
  5. Allow to cool on a wire rack for at least one hour before slicing.
