  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, crab)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook pasta shells until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, dill, parsley, and seafood until well combined.
  3. Generously stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and lemon juice; stir until warmed through.
