- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet with leftover butter and garlic; stir in lemon juice and simmer gently. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
- Return shrimp to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss gently over low heat until well combined.
