  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For marinating: 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add tofu cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle paprika over the marinated tofu and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange tofu bites in a single layer and lightly spray with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Transfer cooked tofu to a bowl, drizzle with buffalo sauce, and toss until well-coated.
