Description

Instructions

  1. Rinse calamari under cold water and slice into rings.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip calamari rings into the egg wash, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry calamari in batches for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
