- ½ cup water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, green onions, cabbage, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface; add about 1 tablespoon of filling. Wet edges with water and fold over to seal.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add dumplings without overcrowding.
- Cook until golden brown on one side (about 3 minutes). Add water to the skillet and cover immediately to steam for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and let any remaining water evaporate before serving with soy sauce mixed with rice vinegar.
