  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts; pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
