Instructions

  1. Finely chop the shrimp until it resembles a coarse paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using wet hands, form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls (about 2 tablespoons each).
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the shrimp balls in batches until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with Sriracha sauce for dipping.
