- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef until browned on all sides. Transfer to the crock pot.
- Layer the onions and bell peppers over the beef. Add minced garlic.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- For a thicker sauce, remove some liquid, mix in additional cornstarch dissolved in water, and cook for another 30 minutes.
