Description

Start your day with these irresistible Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches, where flaky, buttery croissants cradle a savory filling of crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese. Perfect for brunch or a cozy breakfast, this recipe transforms simple ingredients into an unforgettable meal that will impress family and friends alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 fresh croissants
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon or 2 sausage patties
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ketchup or hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy; transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat. If using sausage, cook until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and scramble the eggs until fluffy.
  4. Slice each croissant in half and layer with spinach or arugula, followed by bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
  5. Place the assembled sandwiches on the baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Serve warm with ketchup or hot sauce as desired.
