- 4 soft pretzels (about 8 oz), finely crushed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
