  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups pulled pork
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally while keeping them connected at the back.
  3. Spread yellow mustard generously on both sides of each bun. Layer pulled pork, Swiss cheese, and pickle slices on the bottom half.
  4. Replace the top half of the buns and brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder over the assembled sliders.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing apart and serving warm.
