  • 6 oz cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers and onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled bacon or sausage until crispy (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
