- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped bell peppers and onions until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink (3–4 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine sautéed shrimp and veggies with sour cream, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
