  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 14 oz canned whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  2. Coat each burrata ball in flour, dip into the egg wash, and roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
