- 2 ripe mangoes (about 2 cups, chopped)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes into chunks.
- In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the pops.
