Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (about 2 cups, chopped)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the pops.
