  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the risen dough, divide into golf ball-sized portions, and place on a greased baking sheet close together.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) while mixing melted butter with minced garlic; brush over each roll before baking.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
