  • 1 head of fresh garlic (about 10 cloves)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mash together minced garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper until a paste forms.
