- 1 head of fresh garlic (about 10 cloves)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
