Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then stir in sour cream and eggs one at a time until fully mixed.
- Mix in ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Bake for about 60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
