- 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1/2 cup gochujang paste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets.
- In a bowl, mix flour and cornstarch; gradually add cold water to create a thick batter.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in batter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In another bowl, whisk together gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey/maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce mixture; return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
