Gordon Ramsay’s Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes combine the rich flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak with the comfort of sloppy joes, making them a deliciously indulgent meal.

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Cheese Whiz or 8 oz Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the bell pepper and onion and mincing the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Push veggies to the side, add ground beef, and cook until browned (about 7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Add Cheese Whiz or provolone cheese, stirring until melted (about 2 minutes).
- Serve the mixture on toasted buns with your choice of garnishes.
